Order Processing
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been received, but please note we are not a large retailer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking information where available.
Shipping within Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Standard Post — Flat rate of $10.55 AUD
Delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays in the postal service.
International shipping
We offer international shipping on a limited basis. Please contact us before placing an order with your address. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Privacy
Your details will be kept private and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your book order.
Returns
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve it.
